Review of EssayPro.com

If you thought that choosing your own writer is a great idea, think twice. This approach can only work if the company employs the best of the best, which is why the majority of services who work on a bidding system disappoint their customers. Still, companies such as EssayPro.com offer some of the most affordable prices on the Web, which may turn out to be the best solution for your academic troubles if they also deliver quality papers.

Whether this company is in the first group or the second, you are about to find out in our EssayPro review.

List of Services

When you look at the Services page or the list provided in the ordering form, you will find that this company is somewhat limited in terms of papers offered. However, this is where you are wrong. Being a company that allows bidding, EssayPro.com is one of the very few services that allow you to order any paper you need. However, there is no guarantee that you will get bids on your order.

In most cases, customers get dozens of bids on their orders, depending on the time they wait for the writers to see and bid on them. This is as time-consuming as it sounds, but with this type of services, it is always best to take your time before making the choice. In order to pick a suitable writer, one has to wait for more bids, check all writers’ portfolios, and make an informed decision.

Basically, EssayPro.com offers three types of services: writing, editing and rewriting. The opportunity to order any paper you need is certainly an advantage, as long as writers bid on your paper. The bad thing is, even if they do, you can never be sure that you will find a suitable writer within your timeframe.

Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy

Pricing is tricky at this company, because basically, EssayPro.com has no set pricing for academic papers. The idea of a bidding system is to allow the customer to choose the price they find most fitting. Still, here comes the tricky part – the lowest bids almost always result in bad quality content.

As you will notice if you place your order here, the least experienced writers bid with what seems to be the cheapest prices students can find online. Even though this may seem very inviting, the majority of unsatisfied customers complain that the low price resulted in plagiarized or bad content.

As for discounts, there are none. This is quite the disadvantage since most companies award loyal customers for ordering more papers from them, but you can still discuss the rate with a writer, provided you have found a reliable one to use for all your papers.

Quality Evaluation

As it turns out, this is actually the first type of services we discussed – one where you can get really low prices, but poorly written content. Reviews online suggested that this is the case most of the time, which is why we decided to place two orders – one with the lowest bidder, and one with the highest bidder.

In the first case, we got a paper from someone who was clearly not native in English. She had excellent portfolio and the samples she sent were flawless and yet, they looked nothing like the actual essay she delivered. Our essay was filled with mistakes and made no sense whatsoever.

In the second case, we got a better paper, but still not worth the high rate we paid. The worst part here was, we found plagiarism in the paper and a lot of it.

Customer Support

Once we got the bad papers, we decided to see if the company offers a refund as an originality guarantee or a rewrite for the bad content. As it turns out, paperpro.com can only be reached via their live chat, which is what we did.

The live chat agent was pleasant to speak to, but did not help us at all. We requested a revision, but as it turns out, we needed to request this revision directly from the writer. Apparently, the company only provides customers with a platform where they can order papers and does nothing else than collect the fees.

Obviously, we were quite disappointed to find out that the company guarantees nothing whatsoever.

This is a terrible company!

I found them on reddit and it was the worst idea I ever had, to order from them. They are a scam service that takes hours from your time to read fake profiles and portfolios, only so that they can take your money for the worst papers I've ever seen! Stay away from this company.

They cost me a grade and didn't even say sorry

I found this service on reddit, but I was careless and did not check their reputation online. If I did, I would know they are not so good with deadlines, and wouldn't order my urgent paper from their writers. Not only this company took my money and didn't refund me when their writer delivered a day late, but they cost me a grade and didn't even say sorry.

The paper I got actually needed more than a revision

When I first heard about essay pro, I opened the website and a great discount code immediately popped out. I ordered my term paper in a hurry since my deadline was only in three days. I decided to spend some extra money and ordered it within 2 days just to be sure, which turned out to be a good idea. The paper I got actually needed more than a revision, it needed to be formatted, proofread, and most parts needed changing.

I liked the prices here, so I decided to give it a try

I should have read a little about them before I chose paperpro.com, cuz from what I found online, it is clear that this company is no good. Luckily, I only spent a small amount on what is the worst paper I ever got!

Paperpro.com is very unreliable

I did get a good paper the first time, but the second and third time turned out to be bad. The whole idea of letting us choose the writers is ridiculous, because how should I know which writer is native or good enough to write my paper? This was my third and last order with the company.

I have very bad experience with writing companies

Have tried dozens, and did not like any. This is another one in my list. I choose a higher bid because I wanted a more qualified writer, and even that did not get me a good paper.
